Commission Model: 7% of the 1st $100k plus 2.5% of the balance however this commission is variable depending on the Agent - while it is often seen to be more than 2.5% of the balance is it seldom, if ever, less.
Both Buyer Agent and Selling Agent commissions are included with this model. Sometimes a traditional commission agent will offer a rebate or incentive sharing commission, however that is usually not a public offering on their marketing that is a no-strings-attached offer to every Buyer for the purchase of any property.
Extra charges in a traditional commission model are usually not involved however it is Agent dependent.

Buyer and/or Seller Dashboards are Agent dependent however as to what they would showcase and feature, most Agents are not advertising dashboards that follow each and every step of the process along the way. Typical dashboards feature the MLS® listing service exclusively.

Here's the fine print from Redfin.ca:
"Minimum commissions apply. Buyer's agent commission not included. Find out more (redfin.com/disclaimer). Sell for a 1% listing fee only if you also buy with Redfin within 365 days of closing on your Redfin listing. If you sell first we will initially charge a 1.5% listing fee and then send you a check for the .5% difference after you buy your next home with Redfin. Subject to market-based minimum Redfin commission. Listing commission subject to change. Buyer's agent commission not included. For example, if the buyer’s agent commission is 2.5%, sellers who also buy with Redfin will pay a total commission of 3.5%. Listing commission increased by 1% of sale price if buyer is unrepresented. Redfin does not appear to offer a Buyer Bonus/Rebate program to Buyers who do not first sell their homes with Redfin.

Package A is where a Buyer finds their own home, they get representation from One Flat Fee and a 50% cash back commission is paid to the Buyer. Package B is more comprehensive and as such One Flat Fee rebates their Buyer 25% on this option. It also states on their site that the cash back program is only applicable if you first sell through One Flat Fee.
